A Sounds Alchemical session supports you to rest deeply and restore the body. Sound can function as a short-cut to meditation, supporting the body to literally harmonise and settle into presence, calmness and peace, connecting to its ability to heal itself. The frequencies of crystal singing bowls hold and amplify the frequency of intentions to support your visions and dreams.

Sessions last 60-90 minutes and when digital are conducted using Zoom, please ensure when booking that you have a good internet connection and it is recommended you use a laptop or PC rather than mobile to log in for the session.

Charlotte uses Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls from Crystal Tones which are made of the highest quality (99.992% pure) quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear; you feel them in your body, with different tones affecting specific energy centres for healing, balancing & meditation.

Sessions offer an opportunity for you to explore where you are stuck and choose how you relate to those places, bringing harmony to your system at a cellular level. Charlotte works with a variety of instruments as well as the bowls, including her drum and rattle (which she made in Columbia), chimes, kalimba and her voice.

In a One to One Session Charlotte will discuss your hopes and intentions before offering a bespoke visualisation and playing the bowls intuitively, using a variety of techniques to explore any areas that are out of resonance to bring them back into harmony, or simply bathing you with sound to support your system in finding its natural capacity to flow in holistic rhythm.
