A beautiful qigong flow combining breath, mind and movement, balancing our yin and yang and harmonising with the energy of the upcoming Spring Equinox. Aligning with the season as we harness the growth energy of Spring and the element of Wood. Suitable for all ages and abilities, no previous qigong experience needed, just wear comfortable warm clothing.
10.15am Rose sound healing journey with Charlotte Hastings, Sound Healer
A journey with Rose, botanical companion of the heart. We will weave a guided meditation with Rose before dropping into deep rest with crystal singing bowls, Charlotte’s voice andother instruments.
Rose is a beautiful ally, particularly for holding us in motherhood, love, grief and in navigating the mysteries of the feminine aspects of psyche and body (for all genders!), as well as just being an all-round "best friend" from the realm of flowers. The Rose lineage is said to date back thousands of years and British native rosa canina forms the base of the elixir we will receive on this journey. You can expect to emerge feeling connected to your heart in all its tender beauty and unique expression.
If you are in the first or third trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy, recently fitted metal plates or a pacemaker/defibrillator, please note sound baths are not advised.
Please bring a pillow and blankets, yoga mat to lie on and warm clothing!
